Description
Welcome! I’m Håp, a Christian artist based in Brussels. You Dived is my first 'integrated' project: A modern music video exploring Jonah’s immersion and prayer in the belly of the whale. The project is co-developed with Anuncio, an organization dedicated to promoting a Gospel-inspired culture. Our motivation is to reach people going through hard times and share Jonah’s story, showing the power of prayer as a path to hope and healing.
This project was born from an Atlantic crossing by sailboat, a brush with a whale, and a spiritual awakening. Now, I need your help to turn this artistic adventure into a tool for mission work!
The video begins with a mundane scene. Early in the morning, a young man waits for his train, as he does every day. He is tired, disconnected from himself. Like many of us, he is trapped in the daily grind of commute, work, sleep... Suddenly, everything shifts. The massive train station transforms into a whale that dives into the concrete floor of the city, pulling him into the depths. Swallowed by the power of nature, alone and lost in the immensity of the dark waters, he has no choice but to cry out to God: this is the beginning of a prayer that will transform him.

Part short film, part music video, You Dived merges a pure voice and experimental electronic sounds with immersive visual storytelling. This blend of live-action footage and animation tells the story of the fall—from being engulfed in the whale's belly to the ascent toward the light. At the end of the video, a key excerpt from the prayer of Jonah is presented.
Station of Liège-Guillemins, Belgium
The Guillemins train station in Liège city, an architectural marvel of steel and glass, serves as our set. In the video, this airy structure comes to life, metamorphosing into a massive, living whale that pulls the protagonist into the depths. Through this transition between filmed video and animation, reality fades away to make room for total immersion in Jonah’s experience.

I believe that Jonah’s descent and his prayer in the darkness carry a vital message for the youth — and the young at heart — of today. Finding hope in the midst of hardship is a struggle that unites us all, regardless of age.
This ancient tale resonates deeply with our modern challenges: loneliness, anxiety, and the search for meaning. To a generation that did not understand Him, Christ promised only one sign: the sign of Jonah. The life of every Christian is "marked" by this sign, for we all live by the power of Christ’s resurrection. In 2026, You Dived brings this message up to date through a modern and immersive format, telling the story of a young man whose ordeal becomes the place of a divine encounter. The video shows that, like Jonah sinking in the dark tumultuous waters, we too can feel "submerged"—perhaps by anxiety or dark thoughts. But, like the prophet, we can choose to turn toward God. Through prayer, He lifts us up and gives us the strength to walk toward our calling.
You Dived is more than just an aesthetic work; this English-language music video is intended to be a gateway to faith. In partnership with Anuncio, it will be used during street evangelisation events and their annual festival. Additionally, a clickable link to a prayer platform dedicated to Jonah will be placed at the end of the video, allowing every viewer to take a concrete step toward Christian prayer.
The video will launch in the summer of 2026. To maximize its impact, the strategy is based on three key elements:
-Multi-platform distribution: The project will be promoted on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music). Through its English lyrics, the video crosses linguistic boundaries, reaching beyond Belgium to engage a broader European and English-speaking audience.
-Impact strategy: To respond to shorter attention spans, we will prioritize short-form content (Reels, Shorts) designed to immediately capture viewers’ attention and guide them toward the full video.
-Networking: Partnerships with media outlets, influencers, and festivals will help ensure targeted and organic visibility.
The digital generation (18-30): The focus will be on “digital natives”, who are responsive to innovative visual formats.
Universal reach: Through its emotion and creativity ("animating reality"), the video also resonates with the art world and reaches a diverse audience well beyond Christian circles.

This fundraising campaign is vital to ensure a high-quality launch of the You Dived music video and maximize its impact. We need your help to meet this challenge: raising €15,000, and turning this artistic creation into a tool for evangelization.
Your generosity will fund three priority areas:
-Ambitious distribution: Digital and influencer strategies to propel the video to those far from faith.
-Copyright & legal: Securing image rights for the architect Santiago Calatrava (Guillemins Station) and licensing (SABAM) for legal distribution.
-Fair compensation for talent: Our animators have done a colossal amount of work as volunteers. Your support helps value their talent and sustains our creative momentum for future projects.
Donating to You Dived means laying the foundation stone for "Jonas Studio"*: our non-profit "start-up studio," currently being launched and dedicated to professional Christian creation in Belgium. Every euro invested is a lever for the future: the You Dived project is our "proof of concept" to showcase our artists, convince future partners, and carry our vision: demanding, modern creation that is accessible to all.
If we exceed our fundraising goal, the surplus will fund our future projects already in the making, such as a contemporary dance video on the Prologue of John or an immersive Concert-Exhibition. Help us set off the first domino of this innovative journey in Belgium!
This project was born from a formative experience during an Atlantic crossing at the age of 19, where an encounter with a whale inspired the song You Dived. I later collaborated with producer Eclezia, and the song transformed into an immersive electro single. From the very beginning, it was clear that this song—based on the biblical account of Jonah being swallowed by the whale and his prayer—had to be told visually through a music video. So I gathered a team of artists to bring this story to life through image and animation. I felt a calling to create this, and I moved forward, buoyed by providence and the hope that Jonah’s story and his prayer in the belly of the whale could touch many hearts.
